Efficient and convenient living for the elderly and disabled individuals can be supported with new technology. Elsi Technologies Ltd has developed a new concealed motion tracking system that alerts the care personnel when something out of the ordinary happens. Elsi floor can alert on multiple things such as falling on the floor, leaving bed or staying in the bathroom for an unusual long time.

Besides the events and alerts recognized from the patients movements, the system includes nurse call buttons and light controlling to complement the floor sensor technology.
